Nise Davies is on a mission to change culture through films and media. After a successful personal career (Miss TN, Miss USA semi-finalist, 300 TV commercials, magazine covers) Nise established Advantage Models & Talent. She helped to discover, develop and launch the careers of Broadway Stars (Les Miserables/Cosette, Wicked/Glenda), Cover Models, TV and Film Stars (booked Miley Cyrus in her first movie role), Artists (Chris Young and more)

In order to help her clients become industry ready, Nise developed an original curriculum and co-authored 50 Days to Transformation.

Since 2012 Nise has worked casting and producing faith & family films and currently serves on the board of directors for two non-profits.
